The pace is relentless and there seems to be no easing off. According to a Gallup survey 70% of employees feel burnout all of the time or frequently. So we need to build more resilience to tackle the growing likelihood of our own burnout. It’s hard when we don’t get to stop and work on it. It’s like doing exercise; you don’t get strong unless you put time and energy into it. Which is why we’re creating a weekly “Resilience Retreat for Professionals”.
