When times are tough there are things you can do to help shift your mindset from one of fear and concern, to one of calm and confidence. In this 45 min session Mary-Beth provides you with some tactics you can adopt when feeling most uncertain. Learn about gratitude practice, mindfulness and wellbeing and some simple ideas designed to focus you back on what is important to you.
